求助LC 100 四驱 H-N-L 杆维修

HDJ100R 4.2TD 5速自动挡。四驱分动杆不能动。好久没用过导致的。
用了WD40润滑油，也纹丝不动。搜到的结果都是说垫圈换掉就行了。长期不用会卡死的，这个是陆巡100的常见问题。

现在问题来了，我能看到分动箱摇杆下面的4颗固定螺丝和固定装置，可就是没法下工具把它拧下来。看着不像能从驾驶室内操作的。难道非要车架分离？不应该吧？

谁有经验的，谢谢分享。

用WD泡两天应该就可以了，不要去折腾它。

谢谢你，我已经喷了不少WD40了，在找到解决方法之前也只能等效果了。

在lcool.org 论坛里得到回复了。
大致意思是要把变速箱降下来才能有足够空间打开这4颗螺丝。变速箱可以降低约6英寸。他自己花了6个小时弄这个。

Hi guys,

I've been putting this off for years. I attacked it 2 weeks ago.
Dropped front tailshaft.
Disconnected exhaust near rear of gearbox. (Is aftermarket so not sure about factory one)
Disconnected auto shifter linkage.
Unbolt gearbox cross member from chassis and lower box about 6".
This allows access up the sides of the box to the 4 bolts.
Pop the little linkage clip and pop the arm out. Small clip, washer and plastic bush will slide off. Don't loose them.
Undo 4 bolts. Need a 1/2" ratchet to crack the bolts loose.
Shifter will jigsaw up through the floorpan.

Mr Toyota had a shocker... steel shaft through alloy housing. Oxidisation galore.

My 105 GXL had a roll pin holding the handle to the shaft. But the 100 looks to have a circlip on the other end in your picture. Looks easier. Roll pin was hidden in the boot. Pain in the bum.

You'll have to punch the shaft out of the housing. And i mean it'll be stuck.

I thought about rebushing the housing, but decided to just clean and grease.
I buffed the shaft to give it a little bit of clearance.
I filled the cavity on the top of the gearbox with grease. Filled the top housing with grease.
Reassembled.

It took me about 6hrs fumbling my way along. Would be easier with an assistant to pass tools, work jack etc.

I didn't find anything wrong with any of the linkages.
Worked perfectly after that.
Took our camper to Yalwal and flexed it all up. So nice to have fixed it.
