账号申诉与找回 Account help — restricted accounts

论坛升级时，我们把老论坛的会员资料和用户中心的资料逐一对照。绝大多数账号都能一一对应， 但有极少数账号在两边的登记记录互相冲突，无法确定它到底属于谁。

如果我们靠猜测来处理，就有可能把账号交给错误的人。所以我们选择把这些账号完整保留下来， 暂时不允许登录，直到本人核实身份为止。

您的账号和内容都没有被删除。帖子、注册时间和资料都保留着。

During the forum upgrade we matched the old member records against the user-centre records one by one. Almost all accounts matched exactly. For a very small number the two sides disagree about who the account belongs to. Rather than guess — and risk handing an account to the wrong person — those accounts have been preserved in full and temporarily cannot be used to sign in. Nothing has been deleted.

• 第一步（自助）：如果两项都与我们保留的登记记录一致，而且已配置的邮件服务接受了请求， 系统会向登记邮箱发送验证码。在上面的表单输入验证码，账号会被单独恢复。
• 第二步（人工核实，作为备选）：如果暂时无法向登记邮箱发送验证码， 客服会先与您核对身份，核实通过后给您一个一次性恢复码。 请回到本页面，重新填写上面两项，然后把恢复码填进同一个输入框，由您本人完成恢复。
• 恢复码只对您这一个账号有效，只能使用一次，并且会过期。客服不会替您直接改动账号。

Enter the username you used and the email address the account was registered with. If both match the records we preserved and the configured mail service accepts the request, a verification code is sent to the address on file. This is the self-service path, and it is tried first. We never display that address.

If that message cannot be delivered, support will verify who you are first and then give you a one-time recovery code. Come back to this page, enter the same two details again, and type that code into the same box: you complete the recovery yourself. The code works for your account only, works once, and expires.

Note: the historical password cannot be used for these accounts. The stored credential material for this group is in a format the original user-centre software itself cannot check, so it would reject every password, including the correct one.

说明：这一组账号无法用当年的密码验证。它们保存的密码材料格式， 连原来的用户中心程序自己都无法校验，因此任何密码都会被判为错误。所以我们改用注册邮箱来核实。
